Indoor bike and RipRow, base and strength
Inspired by Coach Gordo and encouraged by my wife, I’ve been waking up at 5 a.m. and working out before she and the kids get up. This is the mellowest part of the day, a good time to appreciate Life, and the best time to exercise. 

My daily routines vary, and they’re usually outside. This morning was wet and rain/snowy, so I stayed in the garage, and this great workout unfolded.

What is a RipRow?

A RipRow is two things:

1) If you're a rider (mountain bike, BMX, motocross, horse), it's the most specific tool you can find. RipRow improves your fundamental riding skills while building your endurance, strength and power. 

2) If you're any kind of athlete — or you're a human — it's a great all-around fitness tool. RipRow improves your squatting/deadlifting, core stabilizing, pushing, pulling and rotating all at the same time. It burns fat and builds muscle. It makes you better at most sports — and at daily life.
