About us
Hi,
My name is Lee McCormack, and I like bikes.
For the past 14 years I’ve been building www.leelikesbikes.com and www.llbmtb.com; writing nine books including Mastering Mountain Bike Skills; creating the curriculum for and training coaches in the National Interscholastic Cycling Association; teaching skills to thousands of riders of all levels; and working on the Grand Unified Theory of Shred.
For past 4 years I’ve been devising a tool to help riders learn perfect technique, get strong in the ways that matter and build maximal fitness with minimal training. Prototype after prototype and test after test showed I was on the right track — and the result of that work is the RipRow™. I’m beyond stoked to share it with the world.
You see, when you dig all the way to the base of the skills tree, to what makes great mountain bikers great, you find a few universal movement patterns. These patterns are simple. They are powerful. And they empower all great mountain biking.
These movements also empower great BMX, cyclocross, motocross, skiing, horseback riding, furniture carrying, baby making and many other things humans do.
The RipRow™ teaches you these patterns. It helps mountain bikers ride faster, easier and safer. It launches BMXers out of the start gate and around the track. It makes fast motocrossers even faster. And it helps athletes of all kinds get better. More specifically, the RipRow™ helps you build:
