RipRow Product Return Policy

Hi!

We do our best to create and deliver quality products. You may return a RipRow or RipRow accessory under the following conditions:

Return must be made within 30 days of delivery, per the shipping company's tracking information.

Product must be as new, in the original packaging, with all papers, stickers, etc. If the product is damaged or materials are missing, the return will be pro-rated at RipRow Inc.'s discretion. 

Customer will pay for return shipping. 

A 10 percent return processing fee will be deducted from the refund. 

When we receive the RipRow product, we will refund the purchase price, minus the 10 percent return processing fee and any deductions for damaged or missing items.
