RipRow Low

RipRow Low

Once you've learned how to ShredLift and Push-Pull, you're ready to learn the RipRow Low.

The RipRow Low unites your upper and lower bodies into a true row/anti-row pattern. These moves are the key to generating massive amounts of work, and they form the foundation of many activities: mountain biking, motocross, horseback riding, fighting bears, etc.

The LowRow is one of the first moves you should learn on your RipRow™.

It's like doing rows and presses at the same, while bracing your core and legs, and while staying balanced on your feet. You get a whole lot done in a short time.

And: This movement forms the foundation for shredding a bike or motorcycle on rough terrain.

ShredLift

When you first start using your RipRow™, and when you're warming up for your 1,000th RipRow™ workout, we suggest you start with the ShredLift.

The ShredLift provides the same benefits of a regular deadlift — hip drive, upper body pull and core engagement — plus it adds hip hinge, upper body push and even more core engagement. Oh, and balance too.
