Better riding after two workouts
Our friend Andrew has been RipRowing with his opposite foot forward, and after two workouts he's already cornering better in his switch stance. Pretty awesome.

After two months of training on her RipRow, pro mountain bike racer Fairlee Frey (@fairleefrey_mondin) is feeling much stronger — and that's helping her climb and descend better.
