RipRow group workouts

We've been teaching group RipRow workouts in Denver. I'll post them here as we go:

Workout 1

5 minutes x 4 sets with about one minute of rest in between. Resistance #1. 

  1. ShredLift
  2. LowRow
  3. StraightRow
  4. Fours

3 sets of 10 of the fours pattern. Resistance #12. Each set takes about one minute.

Total work time: 23 minutes

The students said this was too hard (they were wrecked for days). In the second class we did:

Workout 2

3 minutes x 5 sets with 3 minutes of rest in between. Resistance #4. This was challenging. 

  1. ShredLift
  2. LowRow
  3. StraightRow
  4. Threes
  5. RoundRow

1 minute x 2 sets with one minute of rest in between. Cornering left and cornering right.

4 sets of 10 of the fours pattern. Resistance #12. Each set takes about one minute, with three minutes of rest in between.

Total time: 50 minutes

Work time: 21 minutes. This was a challenging workout, but it was fun and everyone felt great at the end. They felt good the next day, too.

what facilities are Riprows currently in? I’d like to speak to some facilities that currently have them. I am the Recreation Center manager here in Durango, CO and am very interested in learning more.
