Warmup

Resistance #4

  • 1 minute shredlift two hands
  • 1 minute pull-push left hand
  • 1 minute pull-push right hand
  • 1 minute cornering to right
  • 1 minute cornering to left
  • 1 minute cornering to right
  • 1 minute cornering to left
  • 1 minute left leg left arm
  • 1 minute right leg right arm
  • 1 minute left leg right arm
  • 1 minute right leg left arm

Endurance/strength

Macky Franklin Plateau! 

Each set consists of:

  • 15 seconds hard riprow low, 45 seconds medium corner left
  • 15 seconds hard riprow low, 45 seconds medium corner right
  • 15 seconds hard riprow high, 45 seconds medium riprow low left arm
  • 15 seconds hard riprow high, 45 seconds medium riprow low right arm

Resistance level for each set:

  • Set 1: #4
  • Set 2: #8
  • Set 3: #12
  • Set 4: #12
  • Set 5: #12

Speed

  • Resistance #1
  • 25 reps pull-push FAST
  • On 30-second intervals; 10 rounds for 5 minutes
