Warmup

Resistance #1. Easy effort.

3 min shredlift

1 min pull-push

1 min riprow

Endurance

Resistance #1-6

1 minute riprow medium hard (above threshold)

1 minute shredlift medium (below threshold)

10 rounds 

Strength

Resistance #4-12

10 reps riprow as hard as you can

1 minute off

5 rounds

Speed/gnarliness

Resistance #1 

20-50 reps as fast as you can (I did 40; Macky did 50)

Repeat on 60-second intervals
