We love our RipRow™ and want a Cup O’ Manual

Hi Lee, 

My husband and I received our RipRow™ about 3 weeks ago and wanted to let you know we have been very pleased with it so far. We were expecting a large learning curve but were pleasantly surprised how easily we learned how to use it.

Our typical workout consists of 10 to 15 minutes on the spin bike, followed by 10 to 15 minutes on the RipRow, followed by some balance and core work on the floor.

We are already feeling stronger and looking forward to seeing the benefits of our work once we are able to hit the trails!

We are also interested in getting one of the Cup O' Manuals once they are available. Do you have an estimated release date yet?

I'm stoked you're stoked. 

The workout you're doing sounds great. Another option would be shorter intervals:

  • 1-5 minutes bike
  • 1-5 minutes RipRow
  • repeat

That's how I usually mix pedaling and RipRowing. Since the demands of the exercises are different, this approach lets you hammer each exercise harder. Or, if you hit one really hard, you can use the other for recovery.

When you get on trails, mountain biking will be an entirely new (and even better) sport! 

Cup O' Manual

We've been testing a Cup O' Manual design, but it broke in cold weather. That's not OK. We're starting over, and we'll get the Cups made asap. 

The world needs this!
