10 Minutes of RipRow™ Love
Here's a great 10-minute RipRow™ workout. It teaches the fundamental movements, increases range of motion, increases strength and starts making you crazy fit.
As always:
- If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor if you can Rip and Row.
 - Start with light resistance. Move slowly and focus on clean technique.
 - If you get tired, take a rest.
 - As you gain skills, strength and confidence, have fun making big power.
 - Live well. Ride fast.

Just received the rip row V2 and this is my first workout. Seems like it will improve my lower back stiffness. I will let you know.
