10 Minutes of RipRow™ Love

Here's a great 10-minute RipRow™ workout. It teaches the fundamental movements, increases range of motion, increases strength and starts making you crazy fit. 

As always:

  • If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor if you can Rip and Row.
  • Start with light resistance. Move slowly and focus on clean technique.
  • If you get tired, take a rest. 
  • As you gain skills, strength and confidence, have fun making big power. 
  • Live well. Ride fast.
