RipRow™ movement: Push-Pull

This simple movement simulates the position and the pull/push you'll use when descending on a mountain bike. It also trains excellent hip hinge, core stabilization and upper body strength.

In the push pull should the stem be coming to your chest or is the hinge less deep and the stem/bars come toward the hips?
