Resistance #1 seems awfully hard

Hey guys,

The RipRow™ is fun. I really like it. But my husband and I both feel that the anti-row [aka push] motion even at resistance #1 is way too hard.

Is it us, or is it possible the “shock” might have some issues?

Thanks,
Anne H.

Anne,

Thanks for becoming a RipRower, and for reaching out.

If you set a RipRow™ shock to #1 and it seems really hard, the internals might actually be set to #12 (or somewhere between #1 and #12).

Rotate the adjuster farther away from #12, deeper into the belly of #1.

This tip can be used for the front (pull) shock or the rear (push) shock.

Have fun out there,

Lee
