Fairlee’s build for cross country eliminator world championships is almost finished. Next comes the big race!
This week she's doing just two bike workouts and one RipRow workout. She and her coach Mike Durner are focusing on dialing in her pre-race routine so she is relaxed yet ready to perform.
On the bike: Short max efforts with even shorter recovery, broken into 3-minute segments to mimic the effort and length of her race heats.
On the RipRow: Similar short efforts with short recovery time. Honing the movements she’s been working on.
