RipRow™ warmup with Coach Dee Tidwell
Here’s a 5- to 6-minute warmup you can use before you RipRow™ or ride, courtesy of Dee Tidwell at Enduro MTB Training.
- Bodyweight squat x 10
- Lat stretch, both sides
- Leg swings x 10, both sides
- Chest stretch, both sides
- Single leg toe touch x 5, both sides
- Shoulder push-pulls x 8 each in push and pull, both sides
- Big, deep breaths
