RipRow™ warmup with Coach Dee Tidwell

Here’s a 5- to 6-minute warmup you can use before you RipRow™ or ride, courtesy of Dee Tidwell at Enduro MTB Training

  • Bodyweight squat x 10
  • Lat stretch, both sides
  • Leg swings x 10, both sides
  • Chest stretch, both sides
  • Single leg toe touch x 5, both sides
  • Shoulder push-pulls x 8 each in push and pull, both sides
  • Big, deep breaths
