Pro MTB racer and spin instructor Eric Landis has been rocking a RipRow in his spin classes at Crossroads Fitness in Grand Junction, CO.
"It worked great and was super fun," Eric said. "My legs were actually burning more than on a spin bike!"
When someone asked how RipRow compares with a traditional, seated, uni-directional rower, Eric said: "I like traditional row machines also but this is way different. Uses the whole body in a real world athletic position including pushing with chest and triceps hard! The way you pull is authentic to a bike or especially the power of a motorcycle. Way worth it!
