Last week, in addition to being a full-time nurse and a mountain biker, Fairlee did workouts with 5 sets of 5 shredlifts at high resistance. She’s building strength for the sprinting and pumping she’ll encounter at XCE worlds.
- Keep the same resistance level.
- Change from moto stance to bike stance for greater specificity.
- Double the number of sets so Fairlee does 5 sets with each foot forward.
- 10 sets of 5 for the win.
