- 1 minute shredlift two hands
- 1 minute shredlift left hand - stretch
- 1 minute shredlift right hand - stretch
- 1 minute fours
Endurance
Resistance #1-6
- 4 minutes fours
- Rest a couple minutes
5 rounds
Strength
Resistance #4-12
Stand at front of machine and make frame longer
- 10 reps of fours
- 1 minute rest
5 rounds
Speed
Resistance #1
Stand in middle of machine with normal adjustment
- 20-50 reps pull-push or low row
- On one-minute intervals
5 rounds
