Working time: 35 minutes

Warmup

Resistance #1

  • 1 minute shredlift two hands
  • 1 minute shredlift two hands
  • 1 minute shredlift left hand - stretch
  • 1 minute shredlift right hand - stretch
  • 1 minute fours

Endurance

Resistance #1-6

  • 4 minutes fours
  • Rest a couple minutes

5 rounds

Strength

Resistance #4-12

Stand at front of machine and make frame longer

  • 10 reps of fours
  • 1 minute rest 

5 rounds

Speed

Resistance #1

Stand in middle of machine with normal adjustment

  • 20-50 reps pull-push or low row
  • On one-minute intervals

5 rounds
